Believe it or not, there are safe and effective pain management approaches that do not rely on medications or other more invasive procedures. Science-based approaches we will discuss are: acupuncture, chiropractic, cranial sacral and massage therapy, and energy work. A panel of integrative health professionals will lead this session: Laurie Angell, Licensed Massage Therapist; Laurie DeDecker, DeDecker Consulting, LLC/Woodsedge Healing; Irv Marcus, Nationally Board-Certified Acupuncturist; and Cathy Taig, D.C., Taig Family Chiropractic.
This event is part a monthly series hosted by Universal Health Solutions (UHS), a locally-based non-profit organization dedicated to exploring and discussing integrative health and medicine.
