Our May Butcher’s Dinner will be in collaboration with Mokaya chocolate shop. Each course will be paired with chocolate in a unique and delicious way. Wine pairings also accompany each course.
1st Course – Arugula, Morel Mushrooms, Basil, Prosciutto, Sherry Vinegar, Chocolate Soil
2nd Course – Chicken liver mousse, white chocolate, radish, dehydrated blood orange, sage, dark chocolate brioche
3rd Course – Chocolate rubbed Smoked Cornish Game Hen, Apricot, Beet, Faro, Picada, Watercress
4th Course – White Chocolate lemon tart, sour cherry coulis
