The Dance Theatre of Harlem brings their 50th Anniversary Tour to DeVos Performance Hall as part one of The Series: Creative Expressions of African-American Culture presented by the Grand Rapids-Kent County Convention/Arena Authority Community Inclusion Group. Dance Theatre of Harlem will perform live on stage on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 8:00 PM.

The 16-member, multi-ethnic company performs a forward-thinking repertoire that includes treasured classics, neoclassical works by George Balanchine and resident choreographer Robert Garland, as well as innovative contemporary works that use the language of ballet to celebrate African American culture.
