Managing Stress with Kundalini Yoga Evening Classes

So many of you have been asking me for EVENING kundalini yoga classes, so here they come !!! If this is a success, there will be more. Please show your support.
I chose to start with a 4 Tuesdays evening series dedicated to handling stress and learning yoga tools and meditations that will help you manage your stress and relax.
Stress is a natural and healthy response. But too much stress or chronic stress begins to affect our thoughts, behaviors and eventually our physical health in a very negative way. Kundalini Yoga will teach you invaluable tools to help lower your stress in crisis moments, manage your stress in your daily lives and de-program stress triggers that no longer serve you.
A typical session will start with a yogic warm up, followed by the main set and ending with either a deep gong relaxation and or a meditation.
The Tuesday classes will start at 7:30PM and end at approximatively 8:45PM.
Tuesday Jan 15 : Eliminate Tension and Stress
Tuesday Jan 22 : Kriya to Throw Off Stress
Tuesday Jan 29 : Pittra Kriya for releasing Stress
Tuesday Feb 5 : Wake up your body to handle Stress

I recommend you join all 4 classes for a package of $50. Please sign up on the eventbrite link.
Regular students may use their 6 classes punch card.
Drop in for one single class is $15 and access will depend on availability.
All levels are welcome. Chair modifications are available. Bring your yoga mat, a blanket and water.
Attention, please try to eat after the session or eat early or eat a very light meal before the yoga session.
