The weekend offers an interesting mix of bikes, motorcycles, ghosts and outdoor festivals.
Danish Festival - "The Emperor's Nightingale" is the theme of the 47th annual recognition of Danish Heritage in downtown Greenville, which routinely draws 80,000 people each year. Visitors can check out food booths, an arts & crafts fair, theater, the Grand Dansk Parade, hot air balloon flights (weather permitting), live music, tractor pulls and more. Free general admission.
Grand Rapids Most Haunted Tour Lock-in - Explore the 87,000 sq ft Masonic Temple with local paranormal groups after the doors lock and the lights go out. Ghost hunting equipment for the 4 hour lock-in will be provided, and attendees are also welcome to bring their own. Cost is $46.
Bikefest on the Grand - The 4th annual festival returns to the Conestoga Campgrounds in Coopersville this weekend for three days of bikes, burn outs, bikinis, booze and bands.

Grand Rapids Electronic Music Night - Rob Bliss brings his free City Lights Music Festival back to Calder Plaza for second year with special guest host, American-Idol runner-up Blake Lewis. Last year's inaugural event attracted 15,000 people and this year's event will have quadruple the sound, lighting, staging and talent. Runs 4 p.m. to midnight.
Steeplefest - Last year's debut Steeplefest on the West Side of Grand Rapids attracted 2,000 people, and expectations are high for 2011. From noon until 9 p.m., sample food from local restaurants, enter a chili cook-off, and catch live blues, contemporary and rock. Admission is free. Grand Cycling Classic - Professional bicyclists will tear through the streets of downtown GR and the Heartside neighborhood as they compete to win the USA Cycling Menís Pro Criterium National Championship, followed by a number of pro/am and amateur races. The races are free to observe.
Bikestock III - Bikestock returns to downtown GR this Saturday, taking place during the Grand Cycling Classic. From noon until 9 p.m., check out local bands, bike polo, food, beer, vintage bikes and more in the parking lot next to Bistro Bella Vita.
Art on the River Front - The one-day juried art fair at the Grand Haven City Marina and Chinook Pier showcases the work of more than 40 local and regional artists from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Free admission. Craft Beer Festival - Presented by WGRD, the Summer Craft Beer Festival will feature samples from breweries like Dragonsmead, Left Hand, Thirsty Dog, Michigan Brewing Company and more from 1 to 9 p.m. at John Ball Park. Tickets are $15 at the gate; ages 21+ welcome.
Whitecaps - It's Superhero night at Fifth Third Ballpark as the 'Caps host South Bend. The first 1,000 kids 14 and under will receive a superhero cape and fireworks will follow the game. Tickets: $6+.
All Saturday Events
Pinball Tournament #7 - Are you a Pinball Wizard? Show off your skills in a double-elimination tournament at The Pyramid Scheme. Practice begins at 4 p.m., qualifying rounds are at 5:30 p.m. and the final tournament gets underway at 8:30 p.m.
Jeff Daniels - The actor and Michigan native will perform witty contemporary blues songs at the Meijer Gardens Amphitheater. Special guest Brian Vander Ark will open. Tickets are $40.
