**Hot New Year's Eve Party - The ball drop will be back this year, along with plenty of live music: Jesse McCartney will headline the Hot New Year's Eve Party 2013, along with Sylvia Yacoub from The Voice, Baby Bash and Grand Rapids' own, The Outer Vibe.**

The American Legion - As part the of New Year's Eve pajama party, the Legion on Michigan NE will construct the largest blanket for Grand Rapids has ever seen. Live music will be supplied by Mr. Whooha.

Amore Trattoria Italiana - The Rat Pack party is back! Come dressed in your favorite Rat Pack gear and enjoy a special menu, DJ and prosecco at midnight.

Apartment Lounge - $5 cover includes appetizers and a champagne toast, plus have a chance to win Apartment Lounge t-shirts.

Back Forty Saloon - Local musician Kari Lynch will perform at the country bar on Fulton.

Bar Divani - Choose from two seatings (5:30 & 8:30) and choose from items like roasted pear salad, shrimp and grits, lamb sausage, pheasant, risotto, beignets and more from the pre fixe menu. $49-$59 per person.

Bar Louie - Tickets to the venue at Woodland Mall are $45 and include three drink tickets, live entertainment, champagne toast at midnight, party favors and a late night buffet.

Bay Pointe Inn - The Annual New Year's Eve Dinner Celebration at the Gun Lake Resort will have a candlelight dinner and live music beginning at 4 p.m.

Bentham's - The restaurant inside the Amway Grand will be offering a special breakfast buffet from midnight to 3 a.m. and will also set up a Food Court with late night bites from 9 p.m. to midnight.

Billy's Lounge - DJ SuperDre hosts the BassBin New Year's Eve Bash starting at 9 p.m.. $10 cover; ages 21+ welcome.

Bistro Bella Vita - The downtown eatery behind Van Andel Arena will have a 4-course tasting menu for $55 and patrons can add a wine paring for an extra $25. There will also be a champagne toast at midnight and reservations will allow you to dine at your table for two hours.

Blue Water Grill - Open 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., the restaurant on Northland Drive will have an exclusive menu plus live entertainment in The Blu Bar featuring The Fred DeGennaro Duo.

The B.O.B. - The Big Old Building hosts the NYE celebration with 94.5 Thunder Country featuring live music from bands Centerville and Back Up Plan, along with DJs at Crush and Eve and comedian Moshe Kasher at Dr. Grins. Judson's, Gilly's, Bobarino's and Monkey Bar will all be accepting dinner reservations.

Bostwick Lake Inn - Tickets cost $10 each and include live music from the band "Northern Skies," a champagne toast, party favors, and admission to the party.

Brewery Vivant - The brewpub on Cherry Street will offer a 4-course pre-fixe menu with an optional beer pairing. The regular menu will also be available, and customers can make reservations or walk in.

Broadway Bar - The grill closes at 7 p.m., but a $5/person buffet will be set out at 9 p.m. that will include sandwiches, pasta, desserts and more.

Bull's Head Tavern - Times this year will be 7:30-8 p.m. and 9:15-9:45 p.m. for ticketed seating, which guarantees a table and includes live DJ and champagne toast and cover charge for $25. Cover charge is $10 after 8:30 (includes champagne toast, but not dinner).

Candlestone Golf & Resort - The Belding resort will host the comedy night NYE party with headliner Matt McClowery. Stay, Play and Dine packages with comedy show, overnight stay, champagne toast and after party DJ available.

Champs Bar & Grill - The pub in downtown Middleville will have live music with The Jimmie Stagger Band.

Charley's Crab - Regular menu available; reservations recommended.

Cheero's - 'The Solution' party at the venue located near Burton & Breton will have a red carpet entrance, champagne toast at midnight, live DJs and more. Dress to impress.

Chicago Drive Pub & Grill - The Grandville venue will have a DJ, dancing, drink specials and no cover charge for NYE.

CitySen Lounge - Located inside CityFlats Hotel on Monroe Center, CitySen will have live music, a DJ and complimentary champagne toast at midnight. No cover reservations needed.

The DeltaPlex - Dec 30 - The Almost New Years Glitz & Glam Glow Party on December 30 is just for teens in high school, ages 14-19. A live DJ will spin a mix of hip-hop, pop, techno, slow jams and there will also be a confetti cannon and laser light show. $15 in advance.

The DeltaPlex - Dec 31 - Get ready for the 'When the Clock Strikes Twelve NYE Banger' featuring DJ Head BeBiase, bottle service and VIP areas. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.

DeVos Performance Hall - At the New Year's Eve 50's Dance Party, the Grand Rapids Symphony will authentically re-create Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper's "Winter Dance Party" tour show filled with the hit songs of that era like "That'll Be The Day", "Peggy Sue", "Oh, Boy", "Rave On", "La Bamba" and "Chantilly Lace".

Diversions - Three rooms of fun featuring the Party Favor Buffet, hors d'oeuvres, midnight champagne toast, karaoke, live DJ and more. $10 for adults, $15 for minors.

Fenian's - The Irish New Year's Eve Celebration kicks off at 7 p.m. with a holiday music session. No cover or reservations necessary; food will served. Must be 21 or older after 6:30 p.m.

FireRock Grille - The restaurant at Stonewater Country Club in Caledonia will host live music, a 4-course dinner for $39, midnight champagne toast and a late night appetizer menu. Reservations accepted.

Flo's Pizzeria Ristorante - The NYE Couples Retreat Package includes 40 drink tickets, dinner, pizza buffet at 12:30 a.m. and taxi cab ride home.

Founders Brewing Company - Founders' Tap Room will host live music with The Ragbirds, The Crane Wives and Lindsay Lou and the Flatbellys. No tickets or advance reservations; seating is first come, first served until capacity is filled. Ages 21+ welcome.

Gardella's - For the Black, White, and Silver New Years Party, Gardella's will have $20 wristbands available that include unlimited access to the venue, a free appetizer, one free drink and midnight champagne.

Gipper's - Cascade - $25/person includes reserved table, dinner, party favors, midnight champagne toast and live music by Ear Candy. Reservations accepted.

Grand Rapids Art Museum - Open at 6 p.m., watch the ball drop from one of the best locations downtown. Entrance is a $5 cover and includes access to the Real/Surreal and Salvador Dali exhibits and a gallery scavenger hunt guide. Kids under 5 years old are free.

Grand Rapids Brewing Company - Open 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., the new downtown brewery will have no cover charge, a free Silver Foam toast at midnight, food specials and more. Few reservations will be taken to encourage walk-ins.

Grand Woods Lounge - Dinner for couples (individual pricing available) includes entry to Woods Late Night Party with party favors and a buffet. Tickets without dinner are $20 in advance, $30 at the door.

The Holiday Bar - $10 cover at the West Side bar includes food buffet, champagne toast, party favors and music spun by Chia. Open until 4 a.m.

Hopcat - Open regular hours with no cover charge and complimentary champagne toast at midnight

The Intersection - DJ Omega Supreme, DJ Composition, & DJ R2C2 will spin at the New Year's Eve Bash starting at 9 p.m. Tickets available at All City Kicks and The Intersection box office.

JW Marriott - Dance in the new year in lush style at the Jammin' at the JDUB party. The JW's International Ballroom will be transformed into a unique Caribbean experience, complete with a reggae shack.

The Landing Lounge - The John Brown Trio will perform at the bar and restaurant located inside the Riverfront Hotel on Ann St NW; $10 cover.

Leo's - Dinner will be served 4:30 p.m. until 11 p.m.; reservations accepted.

Louie's Bar & Rocket Lounge - Catering to the 25+ crowd, 'The Champagne Campaign' will have DJs spinning Top 40 and Latin, complimentary food, a midnight toast and drink specials. Red carpet entry begins at 9 p.m.

Louis Benton Steak House - With DJ Dean Martian; complimetary champagne toast at midnight. $10 before midnight, $20 after.

Main St. Pub - Allendale & Wyoming locations - Dinner for two packages are available for $35.13, there will be a complimentary midnight champagne toast and live DJ.

MadCap Coffee - Open until the Ball Drop at midnight.

Maru Sushi - Regular menu will be available until close at 9:30 p.m.; reservations accepted.

McFadden's - The Irish bar will ring in 2013 with parties on the main floor and in The Pearl Room. Tickets to the main floor party are $25 ($35 night of) and include party favors, a dinner buffet and drink specials. $50 ($60 night of) gets you into The Pearl Room along with 8 drink tickets and will stay open until 4 a.m.

The Melting Pot - Offering a special four-course fondue meal inspired by the new year, priced at $45-$60 per person; vegetarian option available. Reservations recommended.

Mitten Brewing Company - Opens at 6 p.m. with standard menu.

Mojo's - Pricing ranges from $40 for main level seating to $25 for a table on the upper level. All party options include dinner, appetizer buffet and champagne toast followed by live dueling pianos. Cover charge is $10 for the general public after 9 p.m.

Monte's - Celebrate Your World and a New Year with live DJs, sushi, hors d'oeuvres, champagne toast and party favors for $25 per person (in advance).

Rockford Brewing Company - The new brewery in the heart of downtown Rockford will have live music with Roosevelt Diggs and The Fauxgrass Quartet.

Rockwell Republic - Tickets are $20 in advance ($30 day of) and include champagne toast, live DJ, masquerade mask and more. A free trolley will run between Rockwell Republic and Monte's & O'Toole's between midnight and 3 a.m.

Rocky's Bar & Grill - Rocky's on Ottawa NW hosts its 10th Annual NYE Bash with live music, free midnight champagne toast, hats, noisemakers, confetti and more.

Rush Creek Bistro - The restaurant at Sunnybrook Country Club will host live music, a 4-course dinner for $39, midnight champagne toast and a late night appetizer menu. Reservations accepted.

Ruth's Chris - Will be open NYE with a select menu.

SpeakEZ Lounge - The former Cambridge House location on Monroe is throwing a 'Vintage New Year's Eve' party starting at 6 p.m. Welcome in 1933 and the repeal of prohibition with beverages, dinner, live swing music and a complimentary champagne toast.

The Spinnaker - The restaurant inside the Hilton on 28th Street will have $50/person 4-course pre fixe menu that will include lobster cakes, traditional seafood stew, prime rib, veal, duck, peppermint cheesecake and more.

Wealthy Theatre - Bring your dancing shoes as The Starlight Six will again headline a unique and positive New Year's Eve event at the Wealthy Theatre featuring classy, high energy, hopeful, relentless rock and roll and Michigan soul music. Tickets: $20-$25 in advance.

Winchester - The three-course meal will feature locally sourced and inspired menu items like butternut squash soup, crispy quinoa & white bean dumplings and bread putting. $35-$40 per person.

327 Pizza and Pub - Back for a third year, the eatery in Coopersville will have family-friendly entertainment including the karaoke contest (with prizes).

Craigs Cruisers - Choose from two party times: 4-8 p.m. or 9p-1 a.m. Both include the special NYE feast, karaoke, unlimited go-carts, laser tag, bumper cars and ropes course, plus all video games are set to 'free play'. $24.99 per person or $125 for six.

David D. Hunting YMCA - The Downtown Y is hosting a lock-in for kids ages 5 to 14 with action-packed activities like swimming, gym games, Kinect games, movies, a pizza party and more. 200 participants max.

Double JJ Resort - The family party package at the resort in Rothbury includes unlimited access to the water park, snow tubing hill, pizza buffet, pool, a petting zoo, beach ball drop and fireworks at midnight.

Grand Rapids Children's Museum - From 6-8 p.m., kids can decorate hats, make a noisemaker and enjoy kid-friendly hors d'oeuvres and drinks until the countdown and balloon drop at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10-$12.

Griffins' New Year's Eve - Celebrate the New Year at Van Andel Arena as the Grand Rapids Griffins take on the Rockford IceHogs. The contest will be followed by the world's largest post-game indoor fireworks show, and fans can skate on the ice after. Tickets start at $14.
