Hot New Year's Eve Party - The Romantics, The Ready Set and The Downtown Fiction will headline this year's HotFM party, now moved slightly to Monroe Avenue between Louis and Pearl. Rosa Parks Circle will be open for ice skating.

25 Kitchen + Bar - Get a taste of the Big City at one of three dinner seatings that can include a three-course meal, beer or wine, party favors, entertainment and a bottle of champagne. Black and white attire requested.

Acorn Grille at Thousand Oaks Golf Club - Open for dinner service; the menu will include special items for NYE.

The American Legion - The North-Eastern Post on Michigan NE will host the Masquerade Ball beginning at 8 p.m. Open to the public, with proceeds benefiting our Veterans.

Amore Trattoria Italiana - Come dressed in your favorite Rat Pack gear and enjoy a special menu, DJ, dancing and pizza and prosecco at midnight.

Amway Grand Plaza - Close out the year in style at the Amway Grand Plaza with parties in the Imperial (live DJ spinning Top 40) and Pantlind Ballrooms (Big Band music). Packages include an overnight stay, the Amway parties and access to the JW Marriott celebration.

Apartment Lounge - $3 cover includes pizza and a champagne toast.

At the Crossings - The Rockin' New Years will feature live music from NYC band Brand New Sin. $15 door charge includes midnight buffet

Bangers Pub - Formerly Louie's Bar on Bridge St, The Loft at Bangers will have a live DJ spinning top 40 and R&B, plus a champagne toast.

Bar Divani - The Ionia Ave restaurant & bar will have two seatings for its four-course meal, at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Choose from globally-inspired selections like venison minestrone, African chicken peanut stew, Basque-style octopus and more.

Bar Louie - The VIP-themed package for N.Y.E. will have a free champagne toast, one beer/wine and one small plate for $25/person.

Bay Pointe Inn - The 8th annual NYE celebration at the resort on Gun Lake will have candlelight dining, live music, dancing, cocktails and a midnight champagne toast.

Billy's Lounge - Billy's Lounge welcomes Quadraphonic with special guest Otis for New Year's Eve. Cover is $10; show gets underway at 9:30 p.m.

Bistro Bella Vita - The restaurant behind Van Andel Arena will have a complimentary champagne toast, chef tasting menu, wine pairings, live music and valet parking.

The B.O.B. - NYE Bash entertainment includes live DJs in Crush and Eve, live music at Bobarino's, the Dr. Grins comedy show with Mike Green and dining packages.

Brewery Vivant - Drink specials & open until 1 a.m.

Broadway Bar - The grill closes at 7 p.m., but a $5/person buffet will be set out at 9 p.m. that will include sandwiches, pasta, desserts and more. Reservations recommended for groups.

Bull's Head Tavern - Normal seating times will be 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; after 8:30, ticketed seating only. Tickets are $25-$30 and include a live DJ, wristband and cover charge. Cover charge is normally $10-$20 after 8:30.

Centennial Country Club - 'Party in Paradise' is the theme at Centennial CC with a DJ and dancing, limbo and hula hoop contests, prizes for best island attire, Mai Thai shooters at midnight, tiki tacos and more. Cost: $50 per person or $95 per couple.

Charley's Crab - Regular menu available; reservations recommended.

Chicago Drive Pub & Grill - Call ahead and reserve a table for the New Year's Eve party with drink specials, live DJ, dancing, party favors and no cover charge.

CitySen/CityFlats - Enjoy drink specials, live jazz, a champagne toast at midnight and no cover charge at CitySen Lounge on Monroe Center. Happy hour begins at 4 p.m.

Courtyard by Marriott - $15 cover includes food and drink specials, two live DJs, dancing and more. $40 will also give access to the JW Marriott and Amway Grand parties.

Crazy Horse Saloon - The country bar in Rockford will have live music starting at 9:30 p.m. with the Stroke of Midnight band, a prime rib dinner ($35/person) and a $10 cover (non-dinner).

Cygnus 27 - For $120 to $180 (w/ wine) per person, guests will receive a seven-course meal, complimentary valet parking, party favors, midnight champagne toast and live DJ.

Derby Station - The pub in East Grand Rapids will the regular menu and no cover charge. Reservations will be accepted.

DeVos Performance Hall - The Grand Rapids Symphony and the Rotary Club of GR present the unforgettable music of Motown. Tickets start at $18 with proceeds benefiting local charities.

DeVos Place - *CANCELED* The New Year's Eve Bash 2012 will have ballroom dance lessons, a live DJ, old school R&B, hip hop, soulful grooves and all-you-can-eat food stations.

The Dirty Hippie - The New Year's rave will have 12 of the region's most influential Dubstep, Electronica and House artists. Tickets: $10 in advance, $15 at the door; ages 16+ welcome.

Diversions - Check in on Foursquare and take advantage of drink specials before karaoke, dancing and the midnight toast.

The Establishment - The End of the World Party hosted by DJs Steve Swift and Sonnrize will have complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a champagne toast at midnight.

Fenian's - The Irish New Year's Eve Celebration kicks off at 7 p.m. with a 'Mighty' Holiday Music Session featuring some of the finest Irish musicians from around Michigan performing on fiddles, harp, dulcimer, flute, tinwhistle and much more. No cover or reservations; food served. Ages 21+ welcome.

FireRock Grille - After the three-course dinner, enjoy dancing and live music with Trilogy at StoneWater Country Club's restaurant.

Grand Rapids Art Museum - At 6:30 p.m., 'Glitter at GRAM', a New Year's Eve celebration at the Art Museum, will have games, music by DJ Todd Ernst, a cash bar and more.

Grand Woods Lounge - DJ Jason Veeder hosts the party that will feature both dinner packages and late night entry that includes party favors and a buffet.

The Green Well - The Green Well is accepting reservations for parties of 6 or more; traditional menu will be offered.

Gipper's - Cascade - The New Year's Eve dinner will feature prime rib and chicken marsala, a drink ticket, party favors, champagne toast and live music. $25 for dinner, $10 for just the party.

Leo's - Dinner will be served 4 p.m. until 11 p.m.; reservations accepted.

Leopard Lounge - The cocktail boutique adjacent to Louis Benton Steakhouse will have a live DJ and dancing, along with available valet parking and VIP tables.

Log Cabin - Live music with Hattrick, champagne, shooters and party favors. $10 cover.

Lower Level - Take a five-course culinary road trip through Hawaii, Michigan, Oregon, Texas and New York at 6 p.m., with party of the $80 proceeds going to charity. After 9 p.m. entrance ($10/$15) includes party favors and champaign.

Magoo's - DJ Kid Joe will play everything from the 70's through today at the Wyoming bar, and the $10 cover includes appetizers, party favors and a midnight toast.

Main St. Pub - Allendale - Dinner for two includes appetizer, entree and dessert for $30.12; reservations accepted.

Main St. Pub - Wyoming - Enjoy dinner specials priced at $30 per couple, a live DJ and drink specials both before and after 9 p.m.

McFadden's - The Glitz & Glamour party will have dinner, a late night breakfast buffet, drink specials and a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles.

The Melting Pot - Offering a special four-course fondue meal inspired by the new year and including a sparkling wine toast, starting at $50 per person. Reservations recommended.

Mojo's - Pricing ranges from $40 for main level seating to $25 for a table on the upper level. All party options include dinner from 6-8:30 p.m. followed by live dueling pianos. Tickets must be purchased before December 30; cover charge is $10 for the general public after 9 p.m.

Monarch's Club - The West Side bar will have a complimentary champagne toast and party favors.

The Muze - The $5 cover charge at the bar & restaurant near 4 Mile and Alpine includes a champagne toast and party favors.

327 Pizza and Pub - The 2nd annual NYE party at the Coopersville pizza joint will have a family karaoke contest, dinner specials, DJ and more.

Craigs Cruisers - Choose from two party times: 4-8 p.m. or 9p-1 a.m. Both include a special feast, karaoke, unlimited go-carts, laser tag, bumper cars and ropes course, plus all video games are set to 'free play'. $24.99 per person or $125 for six.

Griffins' New Year's Eve - Celebrate the New Year with the Grand Rapids Griffins as they take on the Milwaukee Admirals at Van Andel Arena. The first 2,000 fans will receive a Griffins poster and fireworks will follow the game. Tickets start at $14.
