There are many treatment approaches to use with children on the autism spectrum. One of the most important keys in treatment is the parent-child relationship. This can often be a difficult relationship to build, but we’ll offer some suggestions for support during this session. We will also address the important component of self-care and share some techniques that are beneficial to help support parents and caregivers.
This session will be led by Molly Buist, Occupational Therapist and owner of The Center for Childhood Development.
This event will be held at Mercy Health’s St. Mary’s 245 Cherry St. Building [245 Cherry St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503]. Signage will direct you upon entering the building. Signage will also guide you to free, onsite parking upon arrival.
