Now open at the corner of Fulton & Jefferson in downtown Grand Rapids, Gita Pita serves fresh Mediterranean cuisine in a fast-casual environment.

The restaurant originally built a loyal following on 28th Street in Cascade before moving out of that location in 2014.

The menu has been carried over to 2 Jefferson and features homemade pita bread, steak and chicken shawarma, gyros, falafel, fattah bowls with hummus and baba ganoush. Diners can also choose from a veggie sampler, salads, Greek fries, lentil soup and baklava.
