If you’ve been wanting to try out a class at Beer City Barre (GR’s 1st locally owned barre studio), now is your chance! Join SweatNET and instructor Cori Williams for a signature BCB total body workout that incorporates elements of yoga, pilates, and dance into a fast-paced, 55 minute class set to upbeat music. This workout uses small range motions to fatigue the muscles, and large range movement to elevate your heart rate. This is a low impact workout that yields HUGE results, leaving you feeling energized and powerful!
There are 3 class times available for this event:
Sticky / barre socks required and don’t forget water. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete a waiver and register with Beer City Barre.
** This is a smaller, boutique studio and limited spots are available; out of consideration for all, please double check your schedule and only sign-up if you’re able to attend. Cancellation fee of $15 will apply to those who do not cancel 24 hours before event start. No shows will be charged $20.
