Hit your reset button: join Rachael for an evening of calming, restorative yoga by candlelight, to ease the mind and body. Explore a new method of self care, in this gentle workshop that is appropriate for all level students. We will use props to allow the body to passively stretch while remaining completely supported. Slowly cycle through poses that help relieve sleeplessness, anxiety, depressive moods, and more.

Presenter Bio:
Rachael Nevinger is an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) certified through Yoga Alliance, who completed training through the Success Naturally Yoga Center in Springfield, MO with a focus on classical Hatha yoga and the use of restorative poses. She is continuing her studies to earn certification in the Iyengar tradition with Senior Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher Mary Reilly. She became a student of yoga after discovering how it helped her cope with both depression and lifelong back pain. She is passionate about showing others how yoga can be accessible to everyone, despite limitations of the mind and body.
