FERAL YOGI:New Year Know How-Yoga, Meditation, and Tips for 2019

As we know most New Year resolutions fizzle out within the first couple months of the year, so set yourself up for success with FERAL YOGI’s New Year Know How! A five-week deep dive into yoga, meditation, and natural tips for overcoming obstacles standing in the way of your success!

Each week we will explore different yoga poses, breath-work, meditation techniques, and natural remedies to help you overcome issues such as anxiety, procrastination, and overthinking…which weigh you down and seek to undermine your progress!

Week One (1/3): Self Love is Non-Negotiable
Week Two (1/10): Anxiety
Week Three (1/17): Procrastination
Week Four: (1/24) Mind Games and Self-Sabotage
Week Five (1/31): Empower your Life

Walk-ins: $20.00 at the door (limited to 5 per session)
