Ray Johnson, VP of HNAH Corporate Sustainability since May 2008. Ray is currently responsible for HSBC’s Corporate Sustainability Future Skills strategy, which includes nonprofit and HSBC employee engagement in workforce development, employability, and financial capability programs.
He joined HSBC in 1983 and has held positions in branch sales, collections, mortgage underwriting, customer service, and marketing.
In addition to his focus on a 35+ year career with HSBC, Ray has been involved in his community through nonprofit board or community service with the United Way, Oak Park (IL) Area Lesbian & Gay Association, The Conference Board, and as a New York City Participatory Budget delegate.
Ray also completed 3 terms as an elected official, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Village of Oak Park, IL from 2003 through 2014.
Ray has been recognized with HSBCs Premier Manager, CEO, Diversity Ambassador, and Culture Hero awards.
