Dwelling Place is currently in the process of developing two new properties on the Westside of Grand Rapids. Harrison Park and Pine Ave. will bring a combined 68 two and three-bedroom apartments and town-homes for residents in need of affordable housing.
This meeting invites Westside neighbors to learn more about these future housing communities. Dwelling Place will provide an update on project development, projected completion dates, and how the future application process will work. West Grand Neighborhood Organization and Harrison Park Elementary School are community partners in this development and will work to cultivate ways future residents can connect with the Westside Neighborhood.
