Sausage Making Class

Learn the basics of making sausage.

You will learn the basics of sausage making. This is a hands on class, where you will prepare herbs and spices, grind meat, stuff casings and twist your final product into sausages. Participants will leave with approximately 2 pounds of the sausage they made at the event.The two types of sausages made at the class change with the seasons.
