Join us on Thursday, July 29 for a Shakeout Run followed by Yoga with Elizabeth Sanders.
The run will start downtown at Ethel Coe Way (Located in alley off Monroe Ave NW on the north side of 20 Monroe Live.) and finish with yoga.
All are welcome | Run, run walk, or walk speeds! This is a FREE event. Around 2-3 miles.
*Bring a mat and water for after.
Elizabeth is a distance runner, yoga student and teacher, and licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel their best in their bodies. She loves connecting with people through these activities and loves the active community in West Michigan. When she is not doing yoga, running, or massaging, she can be found hiking along Lake Michigan with her fiance and red lab.
We partner with DGRI to empower and educate on important female figures in the history of Grand Rapids, activating alleyway spaces and people for change in the present.
We will first meet at Ethel Coe Way (Located in alley off Monroe Ave NW on the north side of 20 Monroe Live.), receive some notes on return times and route to run, walk, jog around town and return back for a brief talk and some gentle yoga stretching with Elizabeth Sanders.
