$10 Per Hike
Intermediate level hiking with a full body cardiovascular exercise combining strength, endurance, and flexibility. Exercise equipment provided will include resistance bands, jump ropes, agility ladders, and hurdles.
Hiking paths range from moderate to advance terrain, suitable for those who are able to walk for at least 30 minutes. Modifications and proper coaching will be given at each hiking event.
