Join us for a 60 minute Mindful Vinyasa Yoga practice. (Or two!) Classes are led by Carolyn VandenBerg and Katie Baumgras. This practice combines vigorous movement with breath and meditation. Join the group Pyramid Scheme Yoga to stay in touch!
Classes are held EVERY MONDAY at 5:45 and 7:00 pm.
$5 Community Classes, always.
Doors at 5:30 pm
ALL ages and experience levels welcome. Under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Young children must be capable of following along or sitting quietly on their mat.
Carolyn and Katie are recent graduates of the Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga and certified RYT-200 teachers.
