Wednesday’s just got better! When you visit Creston Brewery on a Wednesday, you will receive half off burgers with the purchase of any pint. Choose from their burger selection including their Big Payback Burger, Olive Burger and house made Veggie Burger.
Speaking of Creston’s great food, their not so well kept secret may be their signature hot sauces. The most popular of these is the Caddywhompus, a taproom favorite made with Chile de arbol, toasted pepitas, toasted sesame seeds, allspice, whole cloves, garlic and other secret spices. The company is now considering packaging Caddywhompus for distribution to West Michigan retailers.
There are also new developments when it comes to their spirits as well. They recently launched their own brand of hard cider made exclusively from Grand Rapids Hill Bros. Orchard. Creston Brewery is also pleased to announce that they have received their license from the State of Michigan to become a small distiller. The date when they will begin serving spirits in the taproom will be announced soon.
They are planning to take their events to the next level by launching their Street Party Series. Each of these events will be celebrating the joys of urban living. The first event, Creston Brewery Street Party: Doggos, will kick off on June 9 with Quimby St. closed off and designated as a party zone! The spotlight will be on drinking, entertainment and all things dog. The Street Party Series will be a great addition to the many in-house live music events and fundraisers the brewery already hosts on a consistent basis.
