Meritage Hospitality Group Announces New Brunch Concept on East Beltline

Twisted Rooster

Meritage Hospitality Group is taking the term “brunch so hard” to the next level. Their plan is to bring a new dining concept to the Grand Rapids area late this summer.

Where | 1600 East Beltline NE (yes, that’s the current Twisted Rooster location)

Speciality | Brunch focused, chef-inspired eats from scratch

Twisted Rooster’s Famous Mac & Cheese

Twisted Rooster will be closing in June to prepare for their new dining experience. The restaurant will be focusing on brunch with a fresh twist. The menu will feature fresh, local, responsibly sourced ingredients. Along with an extensive beverage menu, including specialty juices and breakfast cocktails that will complement the food perfectly.

The new {and unnamed} restaurant will remain in its current location at 1600 East Beltline NE in Grand Rapids. There are two other Twisted Rooster restaurants in Michigan – in Chesterfield Township and in Belleville. While these locations will not undergo the new transformation, they will continue to offer the current menu and operations that Twisted Rooster is known for.

Meritage Hospitality Group, who are also creators of Wheelhouse Kitchen & Cocktails and Stan Diego Baja Taco Kitchen, couldn’t be more excited to bring this new concept to Grand Rapids and integrate themselves within the community. Owner of operations, Dale Kaminski, says, “Aside from using responsibly sourced ingredients in our menus, we take pride in being active, involved neighbors.”

We are looking forward to what they have in store, along with the positive impact it will have on the community. Stay tuned for all things #GRANDNEW with this project!
