Studio Park Announces First Five Retailers and Restaurants

The highly anticipated Studio Park is underway and we have been keeping our eyes peeled on the progress. This downtown development promises to beautify Grand Rapids, while introducing a unique way to bring entertainment to the community. The space is proud to announce the first five major retailers and restaurants that will take residence in the 62,500 square foot lot. These include Funky Buddha Yoga Hothouse, Leo’s Coney Island, Pump House Frozen Yogurt Bar, Malamiah Juice Bar, and the development’s flagship restaurant One Twenty Three Tavern.

This news brings excitement on the part of both Studio C, the creators of Studio Park, and the retailers and restaurants that will be calling the development home. Studio C is looking forward to seeing how the mix of the right local businesses will provide a great experience for the Grand Rapids community. The retailers and restaurants are eager to see their dreams come to life in their new location.

Construction on the five spaces is currently underway, along with an interior build out in late May. Grand opening events will be announced at a future date.

Studio Park is set to change the way Grand Rapids residents shop and dine while providing a new and pleasing aesthetic that will help the area to continue to thrive. The announcement of the new retail and restaurant spaces is a major step forward for the development. We can’t wait to see the positive changes Studio Park will bring to the city when it opens to the public.
