Now that November is in full swing,  the festive holiday season is on its way. Grand Rapids has a plethora of exciting events that are sure to keep your fall calendar full. Here is a compilation of 15 events that are not to be missed.

// Grand Rapids Cocktail Week //

What better way to celebrate then by kicking back with a couple of cocktails? Cocktail Week Grand Rapids runs from November 8-19 and includes the Pair and Share event where you can get 2 Michigan cocktails plus a shared plate appetizer for $25 or less at participating bars and restaurants. Another part of cocktail week is the Grand Rapids Wine, Beer and Food Festival, a premier tasting event which takes place at Devos Place from November 16-18. // Mane Event //

 The Mane Event will be coming to BOB in Grand Rapids on November 10th. A dedication to Hollywood glamour, guests will be asked to style their hair in a way that best pays homage to this old school era.  A judging competition will determine who is most deserving of the fine selection of prizes. Some proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Red Project, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting HIV.

A Drag Queen Christmas- The Naughty Tour, starring contestants from RuPaul’s Drag Race on VH-1, performing live on stage and rocking the catwalk.
